Please see our branch and payroll opening hours over the festive period. Our out-of-office on-call service will be available when our office is closed, so you can call us any time and speak directly to a consultant to arrange a booking or discuss a vacancy.

Payroll team opening hours
- Thursday 24th December to Sunday 3rd January CLOSED
Our normal hours (8am – 5pm) will resume the week commencing Monday 4th January.
Timesheet approval deadline for schools
- For the working week ending Friday 18th December - schools must ensure that timesheets are approved by 4pm on Monday 21st December.
- For the working week ending Friday 25th December - schools must ensure that timesheets are approved by 11am on Wednesday 23rd December.
Supply staff payment dates
- Payment for the work week ending 18th December will credit your account on Thursday 24th December.
- Payment for the work week ending 25th December will credit your account on Thursday 31st December.
