Coronavirus latest updates

Thank you for confirming your coronavirus health status. We have received your response. You have been redirected to this web page because you provided an answer which means that you are currently unable to work for us. Please read the following for more information.

Q Are you currently suffering from coronavirus or coronavirus symptoms (high temperature, new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste)?

If you answered Yes to the above question, unfortunately, you're currently unable to work for us. Please see the .Gov website for the latest stay at home guidance.

As a key worker, we would encourage you to have a coronavirus test if you have not done so already - please see the NHS website for details. If your test comes back negative, please let us know as soon as possible as you will be able to return to work. If you test positive for coronavirus, you will need to self-isolate inline with NHS guidelines and you can only then return to work when you are well and completed the required self-isolation.

Q Do you:

  • live with someone or have you come into contact with someone in your support bubble that has coronavirus symptoms, is waiting for a coronavirus test result or has tested positive for coronavirus within the last 14 days, or
  • has a school you have been working in or the NHS Test and Trace Service been in touch to say that you have been in close contact with someone with coronavirus within the last 14 days, or
  • have you arrived back to the UK from a country with a high coronavirus risk within the last 14 days?

If you answered Yes to the above question, unfortunately, you're currently unable to work for us. Please see the .Gov website for the latest stay at home guidance.

If the person you live with/in your support bubble who has symptoms hasn't already had a coronavirus test, you should encourage them to do so - please see the NHS website for details. If their test comes back negative, please let us know as soon as possible as you will be able to return to work. If their test comes back positive, you will need to self-isolate inline with NHS guidelines.

If you have been told to self-isolate by a school you have been working in or the NHS Test and Trace Service, or you have arrived back to the UK from country with a high coronavirus risk within the last 14 days, once you have completed the required self-isolation you can contact your branch consultant to update your coronavirus health status.

If your answers to our coronavirus health survey change in the future, please get in touch with your branch consultant immediately.
