An independent SEN and Behaviour school based in Croydon is recruiting for a number of Teaching Assistant roles to start in September 2022.

Due to the various needs of pupils the school will consider a range of SEN, youth work or behaviour-based experience although someone who lacks qualifications but has an engaging personality will always been considered.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor you will:
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate with families, carers and a multidisciplinary team of teaching staff and educational psychologists
- Desire to take a supporting role in a challenging setting
- Able to work 8:45 – 16:00 Monday to Friday
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Recent experience obtained within the last 2 years, of working with children or young people.
