As an Early Career Teacher you will:

- Assessment and Feedback: Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
- Professional Development: Participate actively in our comprehensive ECT induction and development program, benefiting from mentoring and support from experienced colleagues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
- Inclusion and Diversity: Promote an inclusive and respectful classroom environment, ensuring that all students have equal opportunities to succeed.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will:
- Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or in the process of obtaining QTS
- Have a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Have a passion for teaching and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or in the process of obtaining QTS
