About the role
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to enhancing the education journey of the schools young learners aged between 11 - 16 years old.
You will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning and delivering engaging activities to providing one-on-one support, you will help create exciting, creative, and meaningful learning experiences.

All staff recognise that all children have talents and abilities to celebrate, and part of your role is to help children to discover these if successful and you meet the criteria below then you will be responsible for supporting a pupil in KS3 – KS4 with additional needs
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Secondary Teaching Assistant you will:
- Experience of working with Secondary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of Secondary school pupils
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a minimum of 6 weeks experience within a school environment.
