Prior to joining Smart Teachers in September 2014, Davie worked as a primary teacher in West London for 5 years, establishing himself as an outstanding teacher. Through his experiences of working in education he has gained an excellent knowledge of what schools require to ensure they can make a difference to young people’s lives. Davie is passionate about helping candidates and schools alike and places honesty, communication and integrity at the forefront of everything he does.

Divisional Manager - Secondary

Reggie has been with Smart for just over two years, now heading up our relatively new Secondary division. Working alongside such a great team and finding the right solution for both candidate and client is what makes it easy to get out of bed in the morning. I love the ethical approach of Smart as I know we do everything we can to help our clients and candidates provide a better education for the pupils of genrations to come.
