Smart Teachers is looking to appoint an learning support assistant for a Ofsted rated 'Good' 3 form entry primary school in Acton with flexible working hours

About the role

  • Support a pupil in Year 3 on a 1:1 basis in a mainstream class
  • The role is for a September start and will be for the whole academic year, working hours are 8.30- 15:30pm during term time
  • The pupil you will supporting has autism and requires support to stay focused and on task during lesson times as well as breaks throughout the day

  • Good transport links to metropolitan lines.
  • Parking available at the school
  • Full time and part time work available

Requirements

To be considered for the role of 1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Acton you will:

  • Have experience working with pupils with Autism
  • Have a ‘child workforce only’ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Prior experience supporting pupils with Autism is desirable but not essential
