An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced educator to join a high-performing Sixth Form as Deputy Head of Sixth Form, with subject leadership responsibilities for Business and Economics.
About the role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of the Sixth Form, supporting the Assistant Principal in raising academic standards and delivering exceptional pastoral support. You will also provide strategic and operational leadership of Business and Economics, overseeing curriculum development, teaching and learning, and outcomes across Key Stages 4 and 5.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Deputy Head of Sixth Form you will:
- A skilled classroom practitioner with a track record of raising achievement
- Proven experience in subject or phase leadership, ideally at KS5.
- A thorough understanding of curriculum, assessment, and data analysis
- A commitment to high standards, equity, and student wellbeing
- Someone ready to lead, inspire, and contribute to a wider leadership team
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
