Full time teaching assistant needed for mainstream primary school in Hackney working in KS1.

A mainstream primary school within Hackney are looking for a Teaching assistant to work with them across KS1.

Full time

KS1 Teaching assistant

08:30 - 16:00 | Monday - Friday

PAYE, we do not use umbrella companies.

Your responsibilities will include-

- Supporting the class teacher throughout the day where needed

- Working with pupils on a 1-2-1 and small group setting basis providing learning interventions

- Assisting with preparing lessons, working on projects and assisting with school trips if needed

- Assisting with SEN pupils when needed

About the school

The school is a two form entry primary school in Hackney. The school are wanting proactive and punctual TA's who can work off their own initiative

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Full Time Teaching Assistant- KS1 you will:

• Have a DBS on the updated service or be able to apply for this
• Be able to work Full time, Mon - Fri

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Prior experience working with children

Key responsibilities

As Full Time Teaching Assistant- KS1 you will be responsible for:

• Provide support to the teacher and assist pupils with their learning
