Smart Teachers is looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our trainee teaching assistant programme. This programme is for people wanting to start a career in education with no previous experience needed. This is a great opportunity for graduates who wan't experience in schools before starting a PGCE or school-based training!
About the role
- Free safeguarding training provided - all online.
- Paid placement in a school.
- Candidates are assigned a consultant to support and answer any questions you might have.
- Successful completion of the programme is likely to lead to long term employment
- Once completed you will be qualified as a teaching assistant and will be able to work in primary schools across London

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:
- Two recent references
- Have a ‘child workforce only’ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Completion of online training
