We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Barking and Dagenham. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a passion for for education.
About the role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities for students
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring a well-organized classroom.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student participation and engagement.
- Support the implementation of behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Enhanced DBS check will be required (or willingness to undergo one)
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
