About the role

Our client is looking to recruit a KS2 Teacher to join the school as soon as possible for one year as maternity cover. We are looking for staff with experience teaching primary national curriculum subjects such as English, Maths, or Science.

About the school

This is a small SEN school in Plumstead. This is an exciting opportunity for a KS2 Teacher who is looking to work in a rewarding environment as this school expands naturally with a view to open another school in the near future, meaning natural progression available for its staff. This school caters for students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This school is committed to high quality education that inspires children to be as independent and enterprising as possible with a child- centred approach to teaching and learning. The KS2 Teacher would be leading and teaching a class of 7 pupils and will be supported in the class with 3 Teaching Assistants in the classroom to help consolidate the learning.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS2 Teacher you will:

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • QTS
