Requirements
To be considered for the role of Mathematics Teacher you will:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of leading a successful Maths Department or similar experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
Key responsibilities
As Mathematics Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Ensure that all pupils are making progress and that results are improving year on year
- Work collaboratively with other Heads of Department to ensure cross-curricular cohesion and consistency
- Contribute to the wider school community and attend relevant meetings and events
