We are looking for teaching assistants who are wanting to work on a part time basis to work with our partner primary schools on a supply/ad hoc basis.
Hours are 08:30 - 16:00 and we work around your availability within the week.
We do not use any umbrella companies.
About the role
Working as a part time Teaching assistant means you have flexibility on the days you are wanting to work. You inform us on the days you are free for work, and we offer you work on these days where available.
- Part time Teaching assistant
- Mainstream primary schools within Hackney.
- General TA and/or SEN TA work (within mainstream primary schools)
- 08:30 - 16:00
You should-
- Have experience working as a TA or working with children
- Be able to travel around Hackney and be happy to work in different schools daily
- Be comfortable working with all year groups within primary schools
- Be able to work off your own initiative and be punctual
- Understand schools have different needs and won't all be the same, and therefore be able to adapt to different environments quickly

All schools are mainstream primary schools within Hackney.
The school expect supply staff to be punctual, have good time management, be able to work off your own initiative and have a passion for working in education.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Prior experience working with children
