RE Teacher

Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for a dedicated and inspiring RE & Ethics Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in East London

About the role

The Role:

• Teaching RE & Ethics across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Encouraging critical thinking and discussion around ethical and philosophical topics
• Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure continued achievement
• Contributing to the wider school ethos and extracurricular activities

Requirements

To be considered for the role of RE Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching RE & Ethics at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student success
• Ability to engage and inspire learners of all abilities

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Suitable teaching experience
