Teaching Assistants/SEN TA's needed across Early years, KS1 and KS2 to start in on a full time basis with mainstream primary schools in Southwark.
08:30 - 16:00
SEN TA's and General LSA's.
Experience working with children with a passion for supporting pupils in education.
About the role
Our partner primary schools across Southwark are appointing Teaching assistants to start with them as soon as possible on a full time basis.
There are vacancies across all year groups from EYFS up to KS2
General TA roles and 1:1 SEN TA roles
Monday - Friday | 08:30 - 16:00
You will be-
- Supporting pupils in the classroom with their work, working 1:1 and in small groups where needed
- Assisting the teacher where needed throughout the day and taking instruction
- Helping prepare lessons, assisting with projects and attending school trips if needed
- Monitor progress of students and assist with challenging behavior in the classroom
- Working with SEN pupils in the classroom where needed

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistants South London you will:
- Have a DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for this
- Provide support to the teacher and assist pupils with their learning
- Support from class teacher and SLT where needed
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with children with a passion for supporting pupils in education.
