About the school
This ‘Outstanding’ school based in Hackney is looking to appoint a SEN Teacher to join immediately, on a full-time permanent basis covering Maternity. Working in this SEN school as part of an established team, you will be supporting pupils across the ages between 4–19-year-olds with highly specialised provisions for learners with autism.
This school is committed to high quality education that inspires children to be as independent and enterprising as possible with a child- centred approach to teaching and learning. The SEN Teacher would be leading and teaching a class of 7 pupils and will be supported in the class with 3 Teaching Assistants in the classroom to help consolidate the learning.

- Experienced working at a SEN teacher
Key responsibilities
As Special Educational Needs Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Creating innovative lesson plans for Children with Autism
- Teamwork- coordinating with TAs in the class
