About the role
This school is committed to high quality education that inspires children to be as independent and enterprising as possible with a child- centred approach to teaching and learning. The SEN Teacher would be leading and teaching a KS5 ASC class of 7 pupils and will be supported in the class with 3 Teaching Assistants in the classroom to help consolidate the learning.
Requirements
The desired SEN Teacher will have:
- Experience of working with SEN pupils in a teaching environment.
- A passion for the progress of Sen school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team and flexible approach to support this schools requirements.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)

This ‘Outstanding’ school based in Brent, North West London is looking to appoint a SEN Teacher to join immediately, on a full-time permanent basis covering Maternity. Working in this SEN school as part of an established team, you will be supporting pupils across the ages between 4–19-year-olds. The school supports the needs of children with complex needs, cognition and learning difficulties

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
