About the role

This ‘Outstanding’ Secondary SEN school, based in Redbridge are looking to appoint a Science Teacher on a full-time basis. Working in this secondary school as part of an established team you’ll be teaching core and additional science to KS3 pupils and pupils undertaking their GCSE's. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge. This school caters for pupils aged 11 to 16 offering free lunches, continuous professional development, and a professional, supportive team.

Requirements
The desired Science Teacher will have;

  • Experience of working with Secondary school aged children
  • Experience teaching GCSE Science
  • A passion for the progress of Secondary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team and flexible approach to support this schools requirements

To be considered for the role of SXJ Science Teacher you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • DBS on the update service
