Year 1 Teacher

We are seeking a passionate Year 1 Teacher to join a Primary School in Shepherd's Bush from January 2025 until July 2025. You will inspire young learners, fostering their curiosity and love for learning in a vibrant classroom environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ early education.

About the role

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum
• Support and nurture the social and emotional development of young learners
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to encourage growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop inclusive and effective teaching strategies
• Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Role is full time, starts in January 2025 until the end of the academic year

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will:

• Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Must have qualified teacher status (QTS)
