About the role

A mainstream Primary school in Hackney is looking for a year 1 teacher to join them on a full time basis from January 2025 - July 2025

Full class teacher responsibilities are expected and the school are looking to interview immediately.

You should-

-Have UK QTS

-Have experience teaching in Year 1

-Have experience with SEN

-Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team

-Be a confident, approachable and organised individual who is confident in their ability to teach

-Be able to adapt your teaching style to the needs of the children

The school is a mainstream primary school in Hackney. The staff are happy there and there is a strong sense of community in the school

You will receive support from partner teachers and SLT where needed

They are looking to interview immediately

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will:

• Have a DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one
• Have UK QTS
• Have experience teaching in KS1

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• UK QTS
