This training is for registered supply staff of Vision for Education, Smart Teachers and Axcis Education only.

This training will include top survival tips for dealing with new classes, challenging behaviour, and low-level disruption. This session will provide a range of strategies and activities to manage behaviour in the classroom such as:

•  establishing routines and ensuring high expectations
• body language
• power of voice
• self-belief

The training will take place over two separate sessions, so to avoid missing out please remember to register for both! The second session will take place on 08/10/2026.

This online training will be delivered completely free of charge by Eve Hedley of Hedley Education Solutions and is suitable for secondary teaching staff.
