About the role
The primary purpose of the role is to be front of office and support the administration of the admissions process from parents’ initial enquiry through to the pupils’ entry to the school. The Admissions Administrative Assistant works collaboratively within this busy and fast-paced team to deliver a high quality of customer service and administrative support. The Admissions Administrative Assistant helps to ensure that the admissions cycle is efficient and effective at all entry points into the school. This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication and collaboration with academic staff, support staff, pupils and families.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Admissions Administrative Assistant - Independent school located in the Hammersmith & Fulham borough - asap you will:
- Experience in Admissions would be advantageous but is not essential
- School administrator experience
- Hold a Enhanced DBS or open to obtaining one
- Be compassionate, understanding and caring
- Great at working in a team and on their own
