Smart Teachers (London) are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to join our driven, high performing team at our office in Shoreditch.

About the role

Smart Teachers is an education recruitment agency. We recruit for Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools across London, with this role focusing on recruiting candidates for the Primary division.

The role of an Candidate Consultant is to:

  • Source a high calibre of candidate through contacting job advert responses and through using platforms such as Indeed and Reed to proactively source candidates
  • Provide an excellent first impression of the candidate recruitment experience
  • Request, gather and chase references and outstanding documents which will enable a candidate to be fully safeguarded when working in school settings with children
  • Attend relevant recruitment fairs /exhibitions by way of attracting candidates to join the agency

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Candidate Consultant you will:

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • to have a basic understanding of ICT
  • to have good written and spoken communication skills
