Schools offer regular work for reliable Cover Supervisors, with one of our partner schools also providing free on-site parking for staff.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor - Croydon you will:

  • Have experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting.
  • Be confident leading a classroom independently.
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
  • Have an outgoing, professional and resilient approach.
  • Hold a degree or have a subject specialism (desirable).
  • Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Be available for flexible work and ideally live within easy travelling distance of CR2 to accommodate same-day bookings.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students or young people.
  • A degree or relevant transferable experience is desirable.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
