About the role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with the lesson material

Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies

Supporting students’ learning and wellbeing

Providing feedback to teaching staff on class progress and conduct

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
- Have prior experience as a cover supervisor (Or Teacher).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- At least two terms of Cover Supervisor Experience.
Key responsibilities
As Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring lessons run smoothly
- Supporting pupils in engaging with pre-prepared lesson materials
- Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
