Head of Pupil Services

Smart Teachers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Head of Pupil Services at a well-established and high-achieving secondary academy based across two sites in East London.

About the role

This is a key strategic and operational role, responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of a wide range of pupil-focused services that are essential to the daily running of the school. The post holder will manage and develop the Pupil Services team, ensuring high standards of support for students, families, staff and external agencies.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Head of Pupil Services you will:

• Demonstrable experience of leading operational or pupil services in a school setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative, student-centred approach to leadership
• Confidence working with diverse stakeholders including parents, staff, external agencies and senior leaders
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
