A successful and growing multi-academy organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join its central services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about delivering a high-quality HR service and supporting staff across a diverse educational environment.

he successful candidate will play a key role in providing an efficient and effective HR service, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll administration, absence management and employee records.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of HR Officer you will:
- CIPD membership or equivalent HR experience
- Experience working within a busy HR environment
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
