SEN Class Teacher Location: Hillingdon, West London
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Contract: Permanent | Start Date: September 2025
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners with a range of complex special educational needs
- Take full responsibility for a class group, fostering an inclusive, structured, and supportive learning environment
- (If applicable) Lead the school-wide approach to PSD, ensuring students are supported in developing independence, emotional well-being, and life skills
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, contributing to EHCP reviews and goal setting
