An ambitious and inclusive East London secondary school is seeking a skilled and organised Senior Administrator to play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and pastoral support across the school
About the role
You will lead and work closely with key school staff and administrative teams to provide exceptional student support, deliver efficient pastoral administration, and ensure effective communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Senior School Administrator you will:
- Oversee administration for parents’ evenings, partnership events, and school communications.
- Manage student records, including admissions data, safeguarding files, and attendance information
- Provide outstanding administrative support, including reception duties when required
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Suitable school based admin experience
