About the role

The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital in the day-to-day running of Special Needs Schools. The best Teaching Assistants have excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, quickly and effectively.

Depending on the role and the school, you will be working with the class teacher to manage behaviour, support with interventions, and provide additional support to children. About the school

The school was rated Good in every category by Ofsted in June 2024—covering quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and early years provision—reflecting the leadership’s strong vision and effective strategies for improvement
