Smart Teachers strives to bring the sort of service school teachers crave, but can’t find anywhere else.  Because we remain privately owned, we don’t face the pressures of our big, corporate competitors to charge exorbitant fees.  We negotiate the highest pay rates for our teachers and support staff and charge schools less than other agencies. Our commitment to confidentiality is a given.

We do not have intimidating applications, nor do we have unapproachable attitudes.  We have earned a reputation for developing long-term professional relationships that “stick”.
