Smart Teachers is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable KS2 teacher to join a prestigious academy located in Carshalton (SM5). The academy specialises in literacy and focuses on developing reading and writing. They also emphasise on high-level comprehension and writing skills so that pupils can engage with more complex texts across the curriculum. The curriculum they provide is creative and inspiring to match the students’ needs. This full-time teaching position starts September 2017 and will be a permanent contract.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Have proven UK teaching experience (minimum one term)
  • Holds a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
  • NQTs and OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
