A secondary school in Bexley is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students’ learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
- Previous experience working with young people in a school or educational setting is desirable
- Strong classroom management and the ability to confidently lead a class
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting different subjects and year groups
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with secondary school students in an educational or youth setting
- Strong behaviour management and confidence leading a classroom
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- The right to work in the UK
