The role would be on a ad-hoc basis as the school look to restructure the Facilities department. There is a possible scope for the role to made more frequent or even permanent. The role would involve supporting the school with school Maintenance and events and setting up in preparation for them.The school are looking to potentially start someone almost straight away.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Facilities Assistant - Award winning Independent school located in the borough of Hounslow - asap start you will:
- Conduct regular inspections of the school premises to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Ensure the security of the school buildings by managing access points and key distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the school grounds, including litter picking and managing waste disposal.
- Set up furniture and equipment for school events and rearrange as required.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and report any concerns to the school management.
- Have a Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
