About the role
Working in this Secondary SEN school as part of an established team, the desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be working in both a small group basis as well as leading whole class lessons. This role is available to start as soon as possible

This Ofsted "Good school" in Eltham are are looking to appoint a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work with secondary aged students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
- Experienced working in a Secondary Setting
- Experienced working with Pupils with SEND
- Ability to work in a team
- Passionate working with children
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working in a SEN Setting
Key responsibilities
As Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Working 1 to 1 or in Small groups to enhance learning of pupils
