Smart Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a successful and inclusive secondary school in North East London seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join its Human Resources team.

About the role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the school's Human Resources function. You will ensure HR processes run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding and compliance.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of HR Administrator you will:

  • Previous HR administration experience, ideally including recruitment administration
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database management
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Suitable HR Admin experience
