Smart Teachers are working with a high-performing secondary school in North London seeking an experienced Principal's PA to provide high-level administrative and organisational support

About the role

As Principal's PA, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Principal's office. You will manage a busy diary, coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, liaise confidently with staff, parents and external stakeholders, and provide professional administrative support in a fast-paced school environment.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of PA to Principal you will:

  • Previous experience as a Principal's PA or Headteacher's PA within a school.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Suitable school PA experience
