We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in supporting children in Key Stage 2. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about education and committed to helping our students reach their full potential.
About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in KS2. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Working with small groups to enhance learning outcomes and address specific needs.
- Supporting students' emotional and social development through positive reinforcement.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teachers and parents.
- Helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:

- Be patient, empathetic,and have a positive attitude towards learning
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
