Smart Teachers are pleased to be working with this Outstanding Ofsted rated secondary school located in the borough of Ealing. The school are looking for a School receptionist/ Administrator to start with them asap.
About the role
The role would involve being proficient and confident in dealing with all visitors to the school whether it be face to face or via the telephone/emails etc. IT skills need to be in good order as well to track enquiries coming into reception on a daily basis and to competently replying to emails. The ability to handle a variety of situations arising sometimes at the same time while remaining calm and collected is also an essential attribute. The role would be 5 days a week and with working hours of 7.30/8am - 4/4.30pm.

Requirements

- Be compassionate, understanding and caring
- Ideally some school based administration experience
- previous Admin experience is essential
- A enhanced DBS or open to obtaining one
