About the school

An Independent special needs day school supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and other complex needs. The provision operates across three sites within the London boroughs of Brent, Barnet, and Enfield. All pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and are referred by a wide range of local authorities. Many of our students have experienced significantly disrupted educational journeys prior to joining.

The schools approach is rooted in the principles of attachment theory and delivered through a small school model, which we believe offers the best outcomes for their learners. This model fosters close-knit communities where staff and pupils build meaningful relationships, enabling a deeper understanding of individual needs. Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEMH Teaching Assistant you will:

• Experience working with Secondary aged pupils

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• DBS on the update service
