Requirements
To be considered for the role of SENCO - Outstanding secondary school located in the borough of Hounslow - Jan 26 you will:
- Has a good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
- Has a proven record of working successfully with SEND children.
- Is passionate about working with young people and committed to an inclusive approach to learning.
- Is committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential.
- Has experience of supporting and developing the practice of LSAs.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
