A well-established private nursery in the Hammersmith & City area is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to lead their 2–3 year old room on a full-time basis.

Private Nursery (Open All Year Round)
Location: Hammersmith & City
As Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the 2–3 year old room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. You will lead a small team of practitioners, oversee planning and observations, and ensure high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
The nursery is looking for someone who is confident leading a team, organised, and passionate about supporting children during this important stage of development.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the daily operations of the 2–3 year old room
- Planning engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Supervising and supporting nursery staff within the room
- Completing observations, assessments, and learning records
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements
To be considered for the role of EYFS Room Leader you will:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery setting
- Experience leading or supporting a nursery room
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passionate, proactive, and nurturing approach
