A large and vibrant primary school in the Heston area is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) from September 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging music lessons across the school, helping pupils develop their musical knowledge, confidence, and performance skills. You will have the opportunity to foster a love of music through practical, creative, and interactive learning experiences.
The school is looking for a teacher who can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role while maintaining high expectations for pupil engagement and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging music lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Encouraging creativity, performance, and musical appreciation
- Organising and supporting school performances and musical events where appropriate
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with staff across the school

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Part-time Music Teacher - Primary School in Heston you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching music within a primary setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for music education and pupil development
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
