We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food Technology Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Haringey.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching food preparation, nutrition, and culinary skills, and will be dedicated to inspiring students to develop a love for cooking and healthy living. You will have the opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 and 4 students, preparing them for both GCSE and real-world applications of food technology.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Food Technology Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
- A degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, nutrition, and food safety regulations
- Experience in teaching Food Technology at secondary school level, preferably with GCSE experience.
- A commitment to promoting healthy eating and food sustainability
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- suitable experience as a Food Technology teacher within a mainstream school
