About the role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll provide valuable classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping pupils to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Depending on the school and placement, you may work with the whole class, lead small intervention groups, or provide additional support to individual pupils who require extra guidance throughout the school day.

About the school

Our partner schools include a diverse range of mainstream primary schools across Hounslow, from small community schools to larger multi-form entry academies. Each school is committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to succeed.

You'll work alongside experienced teachers, supportive leadership teams, and dedicated SENDCos who value the important contribution Learning Support Assistants make to pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. Many of our long-term placements also offer the opportunity to secure permanent positions.
