A welcoming and inclusive primary school is seeking a passionate EYFS Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis.

The successful candidate will take full teaching responsibility for a Reception class, delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework. You will create a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports children’s early development, independence, and confidence.
The school is looking for a teacher with strong classroom presence, a positive approach to behaviour management, and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging Reception lessons and activities
- Supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with EYFS expectations
- Working collaboratively with the EYFS team and support staff
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Reception Teacher - Primary School in Wembley you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early development
- Previous EYFS teaching experience
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
- Positive, nurturing, and proactive approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Previous school-based experience
