About the role
As an Early Career Teacher at our school, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning in all students.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues and senior leadership to develop your teaching practice and classroom management skills.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring each child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and working collaboratively with parents and carers to support student development.
- Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities, benefiting from a structured ECT induction program with dedicated mentor support.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extra-curricular activities and school events.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher you will:

- Creativity and Enthusiasm: A flair for delivering dynamic lessons that cater to various learning styles
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must have completed or be on track to complete your Initial Teacher Training (ITT) by September 2024
