Smart Teachers is working with a highly regarded independent school in South East London to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Economics Teacher.
About the role
- Teaching Economics across Key Stage 5.
- Temporary contract starting in September 2026.
- Part-time position working 2.5 days per week.
- Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons.
- Monitoring student progress and providing effective feedback.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Economics Teacher you will:
- QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Economics to A Level
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom practice
- High expectations of student achievement and behaviour
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
