Smart Teachers is working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in East London to recruit an enthusiastic Maths Supply Teacher for an ongoing role, working four days per week.
About the role
- Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
- Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that inspire confidence and achievement.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
- Work collaboratively with the established Maths department.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Maths Supply Teacher you will:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching Mathematics within UK secondary schools
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and strong subject knowledge
- Is adaptable, reliable and committed to achieving the best outcomes for students
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Suitable teaching experience
